TORONTO — Organigram Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: OGI) (TSX: OGI), (the “Company” or “Organigram”), a leading licensed producer of cannabis, announces today that Ms. Caroline Ferland has resigned from the Board of Directors (“the Board”) effective immediately. Ms. Ferland was a board member nominee appointed by BAT.

Ms. Ferland is leaving Organigram’s Board of Directors as a result of her appointment to Group Company Secretary & Assistant General Counsel for BAT, based in the UK. The Board of Directors and the Company’s management team would like to thank Ms. Ferland for her valuable contributions to Organigram and wish her well in her new role.

BAT has informed Organigram that it expects to appoint a replacement nominee in due course Simon Ashton continues to serve on the Board as one of BATs two contractual nominees.
