Robert Dujarric, co-director of Temple University’s Institute of Contemporary Asian Studies and co-author of “The Abe Legacy: How Japan Has Been Shaped by Abe Shinzo” talks about the political legacy of the former Japanese Prime Minister, who died after being shot at a campaign event Friday, and the challenges current Premier Fumio Kishida faces. Abe is perhaps best known for his plans to revive Japan’s flagging economy through unprecedented monetary easing, nimble fiscal spending and regulatory reform eventually labeled “Abenomics.” Dujarric speaks on “Bloomberg Daybreak: Asia.”
