The F1 Academy, a new initiative by Formula 1 designed to nurture and develop young female drivers, will benefit from Charlotte Tilbury’s support. The beauty brand will shine a spotlight on the academy’s 15 talented young drivers, aged 16-25, showcasing their careers and achievements to raise awareness about opportunities for women in motorsport.

Among the notable drivers is Lola Lovinfosse, who will be driving a distinctive ‘Charlotte Tilbury operated by Rodin’ motorsport car adorned with the brand’s iconic ‘Hot Lip’ emblem and empowerment mantra ‘Makeup Your Destiny!’
